Made from prime grade kiln dried solid oak, in a single unjointed length planed smooth and sanded to a fine surface before applying finish.
 
-Finish-
Natural - Clear semi satin Osmo Oil,  heavy duty water and stain resistant hardwax oil
Rounded front corners with lightly eased edges
Maintenance free - clean with damp cloth
Very low VOC
 
-Concealed Fixings-

Supplied with 2-4 supports per shelf depending on length . My shelves have a section in the rear to accommodate the support bars and washer allowing the shelf to sit nice and snug against the wall. The support bars supplied are suitable for solid walls. note that if you have a hollow plasterboard wall then a strengthening batten or blockwork might need to be added behind the plaster/fire board for strength .Simple & detailed fitting instructions are provided in the box.
 
-Optional Engraving-
Personalisation on one or both sides, in capital or lower case and even a little pic, I have a star, heart, oak leaf and flower as my standard images. Engraved by laser at approx. 2mm depth.
Simply write the text as it should appear on the shelf eg:
THE OLD SCHOOL HOUSE
SHOOT TO THE MOON
or
(heart image) Chloe & Ben (star image)
The standard font size I use (as pictured above) enables 20 capitals or 26 lower case letters to fit, this includes any spaces or images. You are able to have more letters but note the text will be reduced in size the more you have.
