About Me
Stapehill Workshop is a small company run by me Stuart (in picture) and my partner Jackie at our rural country workshop in Hampshire. We specialise in fireplace mantles, oak tree swings with personal engraving, furniture, floating shelves, and custom work.
My attention to a fine finish and respect for the materials & timbers I use make for top quality products that will last a lifetime and will be admired in your home or garden for years. I have a keen attention to detail and take great care to make sure all my items are sent out looking perfect. All items seen on the website are designed, handcrafted, finished and photographed by myself.
I get great satisfaction knowing that an item I made is being admired by others and I choose to keep my business small to allow that personal touch that my customers really appreciate.

No AI — Just Real Human Creativity
Everything I create and sell at Stapehill Workshop reflects my own creativity, skill and craftsmanship. I believe in keeping things authentic, which is why I don't use AI to create or edit photos or videos, ever.
Keeping that personal touch is something I'm proud of. Supporting genuine human creativity is important to me, both as a maker and as a small business owner.
I have a great respect for our planet and try my best to only use sustainable materials sourced from reputable suppliers.
I have listed the most popular sizes available to purchase on the site but I am more than happy to make custom size items to suit your specific requirements, just get in touch if you would like different size, finish or thickness etc. I am more than happy to discuss and provide a free quote for your consideration.
I take great pride in customer satisfaction and deal with all pre and post sale questions myself. Please take a look over our testimonials page for genuine customer feedback I have received over the years.
