-Material-
Made from prime grade kiln dried solid oak, in a single unjointed depth planed smooth and sanded to a fine surface before applying finish. Prime grade is the best oak grade and has interesting tight grain patterns and mild colour variations with virtually no knots
 
-Design-
I have designed this unique floating shelf with sides and a rounded oak font stay rod, keeping all those valuables in place while adding load luxury character, the main shelf and sides are one solid oak length that has been cut and mitred along the depth to raise the sides, the 90 degree bend has strengthening splines added making it super strong, while the rounded oak rod stay is set into the sides with the front top corners lightly rounded to compliment the round shape of the rod.

Supplied with 2-3 supports per shelf depending on length . My shelves have a section in the rear to accommodate the support bars and washer allowing the shelf to sit nice and snug against the wall. The support bars supplied are suitable for solid walls. Can be fitted to dot and dab wall if the void is less than 15mm. if you have a hollow plasterboard wall then a strengthening batten or blockwork might need to be added behind the plaster/fire board for strength .Simple & detailed fitting instructions are provided in the box.
 
-Optional Engraving-
Personalisation on the front face, in capital or lower case and even a little pic, I have a star, heart, oak leaf and flower as my standard images. Engraved by laser at approx. 2mm depth.
Simply write the text as it should appear on the shelf eg:

SHOOT TO THE MOON
or

The standard font size I use (as pictured above) enables 20 capitals or 26 lower case letters to fit, this includes any spaces or images. You are able to have more letters but note the text will be reduced in size the more you have.
