-Material-
Cast from dense reinforced cementitious mineral composite material, non toxic, super tough and very stable, I have designed this item to be extremely resilient to heat, so much so that every component used is A1 fire rated non combustible.
 
-Finish-
Portland Stone - Greyish sandy colour
Smooth surface with lightly eased edges, finished in a heat resistant Semi Satin sealer. 
(Also available in a Primer only option for those wishing to self colour, get in touch for info).

-Concealed Fixings-

Supplied with 3 to 5 support sets depending on the shelf size chosen. Capable of supporting 40-70kgs. (over 4x the mantel weight).All my non combustible beams come with a section in the mantel rear to accomodate the support bars and washer allowing the shelf to sit nice and snug against the wall. Simple & detailed fitting instructions are provided in the box. The fixings supplied are best suited for solid walls and most dot and dab walls.
(If you have a hollow plaster/fireboard or a deep void dot and dab wall then just get in touch as I do have other fixing solutions for all wall types).
