Using the mantel as a heat deflector to protect your TV?
I recommend choosing a mantel that covers the full width of your TV — or slightly more — for maximum protection and a balanced look.
Recommended mantel sizes:
100 cm → up to 43" TV
123 cm → up to 55" TV
137 cm → up to 60" TV
150 cm → up to 65" TV
175 cm → up to 75" TV
Ensure you measure your space before ordering.

Made from dense lightweight reinforced mineral composite material sandwiched between Steel Plates Top and Bottom. non toxic super tough and very stable, I have designed this item to be extremely resilient to heat, so much so that every component used is A1 fire rated non combustible.
 
The bottom may become hot but the top remains cool/warm due to the middle insulated layer

Pure White
Smooth surface finished in a heat resistant satin coating. water and stain resistant.

These mantels can be placed as close as 15 cm to any heat source, with this clearance recommended to allow proper airflow. Unlike standard timber beams, which UK building regulations require to be around 600 mm above a heat source, these fireproof mantels make it easy to comply with building control while keeping safety a top priority.

Supplied with 4 supports. Capable of supporting  over 80kgs.All my non combustible shelves come with a section in the mantel rear to accommodate the support bars.The support bars supplied are suitable for solid walls. note that if you have a hollow plasterboard wall then a strengthening batten or blockwork might need to be added behind the plaster/fire board for strength .Simple & detailed fitting instructions are provided in the box.
