Secure payments through paypal, no paypal account need simply checkout as a guest or account holder using a credit or debit card

 

Delivery:

 

All Items are shipped on a Express service. On dispatch you will be emailed tracking info etc. Delivery times are as advertised on listing descriptions.

Mantles and Shelves = £5.95

Furniture = £13.50

Above prices are for UK mainland. If you live in Scottish highlands, Islands, very rural or any other locaton that is not considered UK mainland please email us for a delivery quote.

If you require a specific delivery date no problem, simply contact us before purchase to arrange. 

Delivery lead time is as advertised on item descriptions and run from the time your order is processed. If you place a multi item purchase then all items will be delivered together at the longest advertised dispatch times.

You will receive a confirmation email from us on payment confirming your order has been processed and scheduled.

We will also provide tracking info on dispatch of the courier used for online tracking.

All items are very well protected for shipping and are covered by our insurance for the very unlikely event of damage during transit.

All items should be checked on receiving and in the unlikely event of damage refuse to sign and ask courier to return to sender. We are always here to help so just get in touch should you have any issues.

Payment:

We can accept paypal as payment on checkout. You do not require a paypal account to make a purchase as you can checkout as a Paypal guest using a credit or debit card. simply click on the paypal icon when checking out and this will give you a option as guest or account.

Alternatively we can also accept bank transfer or cheque as payment, Just send us a quick email with your reqiured purchase details and address/contact number and we will email you a invoice with payment details attached.

Returns:

We are happy to accept returns although as our pieces are final finished to order we can only accept returns if the item is returned to us within 14 working days, in new unused condition and re-wrapped in original packaging or similar. Customers are responsable for any return organising/costs and no original shipping cost (if any) can be refunded. We would also charge 15% item value restocking/admin charge which will be deducted from your refund total, this fee covers costs for us to recondition the item and advertise for resale. We are unable to arrange exchanges so if you did wish to swap your item then please return the unwanted item and then place a seperate order for the new desired item.
